Transferring Ownership?
When transferring ownership of property within the North Fairway Estates HOA, the new owner pays a $150 fee (to the HOA) for a bookkeeping system change.
Please notify our bookkeeper of changes in ownership by writing to North Fairway Estates HOA, PO Box 50635, Idaho Falls, ID, 83405 or by e-mail at fairwayestatesidaho@gmail.com.
NFE HOA 2023 Election Results and 2024 Election:
Steve Krogue was elected to replace Kellen Giraud on the HOA Board of Directors (BoD) in Nov. 2023.
The HOA Board subsequently voted to have Steve Krogue replace David Krajewski as Vice President and David Krajewski to replace Kellen Giraud as Financial Secretary.
