Transferring Ownership?
When transferring ownership of property within the North Fairway Estates HOA, the new owner pays a $150 fee (to the HOA) for a bookkeeping system change.
Please notify our bookkeeper of changes in ownership by writing to North Fairway Estates HOA, PO Box 50635, Idaho Falls, ID, 83405 or by e-mail at fairwayestatesidaho@gmail.com.
NFE HOA 2025 election results:
Mike Ghioni was elected to replace David Krajewski on the HOA Board of Directors (BoD) on Nov. 6, 2025.
The HOA Board now consists of:
Steve Krogue – President
Mike Ghioni – Vice President
Tracey Lawrence – Financial Secretary
